We are a team based company that strives to always support one another so that we all can succeed together. At Zoom Drain the customer always comes first and we prove our service is #1 through our Integrity, superb training program, and “never give up” attitude. Teaching is at the forefront of our onboarding process and never stops being a vital part of day to day life at Zoom Drain.

Our brand new facility with a complete training center ensures that the success of our employees goes unhindered. All employees are asked for three things at Zoom Drain: willingness to learn, good work ethic and support fellow teammates. Hard work does not go unnoticed or unrecognized, Zoom Drain rewards employees that exceed their goals on a monthly basis.


At Zoom Drain Orange County, we are striving to create a vibrant, family-oriented culture centered on our core values of service, excellence, and integrity. This starts with our hiring process. We take great care during interviews and technician ride-alongs to determine if someone is a good cultural fit for our company, in addition to having the right knowledge, skills, and abilities.

We use a management style survey to understand how our employees see, shape, and respond to their environment so that we can match them to the jobs and projects they will excel at. Finally, we use a bonus points reward program that allows our employees to trade in points earned for good performance for “loot” of their choosing. These rewards range from Zoom Drain company gear to dream vacations. It’s a fun way to motivate our employees and reward their dedication!


We are a company that’s here to save the day and we do it through a hard-working, team atmosphere. There’s always an emphasis on hard work, accomplishing projects that can sometimes span a couple of different departments and require a little bit of coordination. We have a variety of people with different backgrounds and experience that bring their own flavor to our recipe. It doesn’t matter if a team member comes in with a wealth of experience or is inexperienced in a specific area, they can still contribute a fresh perspective in our growth.
