INITIAL SCREENING

A simple phone call allows us the opportunity to ask preliminary questions. Common talking points to prepare for include company research, full knowledge of your previous work history, an overview of benefits, etc. This is your chance to get a clearer picture of what it’s like to work for a drain & sewer company.
FIRST INTERVIEW
A face-to-face encounter for more insight
If selected, you will meet face to face with your location’s hiring manager. We’ll have a conversation based on your past experience, current knowledge of the industry and why you might be a perfect fit. Following the interview, expect to hear from us. We will reach out to discuss whether or not we would like to proceed with the next steps.
A CAREER PREVIEW
An opportunity to experience what life is like at Zoom Drain
If selected, we take you through a day in the life of the position you applied for: a ride-along. You arrive early, are introduced to the supervisor, and become immersed in the daily responsibilities your position entails. Ask questions, be present and enjoy the experience! Consider this an extension of your first interview.
