As a service technician at Zoom Drain, problem-solving is fundamental. Drain issues can happen unexpectedly and we provide emergency service to find the right solution for any mess. When there’s a flooded basement or drain line issues, it is your responsibility to become the hero. You will talk to the customer, diagnose the apparent issue, figure out the best solution and present them with options. It could be unclogging a shower drain, electric snaking a toilet line or conducting a smoke test on a sewer drain, you will determine the best course of action.
Our trucks contain everything you will need for completing any necessary job and, since Zoom Drain is the standard for paid in-house training, we will provide you with everything to succeed – no experience necessary.
