About Jim

Jim, a veteran of the United States Air Force, comes from a long line of plumbers, including his grandfather, father, uncles and brothers. As our Manager, President and Chief Executive Officer since Zoom Drain’s formation back in 1995, he knows that great operational systems are the hallmark of success. With the help of great mentors and business coaches, he’s grown his business from one used white truck into a multi-shop multi-million dollar drain and sewer company. He then helped transform that model into a growing franchise system that operates from coast to coast, all while developing consistent, objective standards that have been adopted by the Pennsylvania Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors (PHCC) and affiliated trade school.
