Jim Foley is the Brand President of Zoom Drain Franchise, bringing decades of experience in franchise development, operations, and leadership. With a career spanning multiple industry-leading franchise brands, he excels in building strong franchisee relationships, coaching teams to success, and driving business growth through strategic planning and financial acumen.

Prior to joining Zoom Drain, Jim served as Senior Vice President at Vanguard Cleaning Systems, where he led operational growth and franchise support for over 15 years. He also held executive leadership roles at California Closets, both at the corporate and franchise levels, where he specialized in operational excellence, P&L management, and leadership development. His expertise in risk mitigation, KPI accountability, and business process optimization has made him a trusted advisor and mentor within the franchising industry.

With an MBA in Organizational Development from California Lutheran University and a BBA in Finance & Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University, Jim combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to brand leadership. His ability to foster high-performing teams and implement scalable systems ensures that Zoom Drain continues to thrive as a leading service brand.
